Recap: #mtpEngage Hamburg 2019

On May 22-24th 2019 we had the third edition of MTP Engage Hamburg. Three days of activities for product managers on all levels to learn new things and engage with their peers. We kicked off with an exclusive Product Leadership event and a private cinema screening of the amazing General Magic documentary on the first day. We continued into day 2 with a selection of workshops on topics such as Product Discovery, Prioritisation and Roadmapping. In the evening, over 100 attendees got together in small surprise-groups for Blind Date Product Dinners in some of our favourite restaurants in Hamburg. This was a great opportunity for product people to connect with new faces in an intimate atmosphere before the big conference day.

On the last day, MTP Engage Hamburg 2019 culminated when over 350 passionate product people gathered at our long sold-out venue, Katholische Akademie to watch a total of 15 talks from incredible international keynote speakers such as Marty Cagan, Sara Woods, Anita Zielina, Gabrielle Bufrem, and Marie Gørvild, as well as the equally brilliant session speakers who came through our call for sessions. As always, some of the presentations were in German to cater to our regional audience and make it easier for everyone to engage with the speakers. In addition to the talks, there were plenty of networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to take part in our speed coaching sessions. We also had an afterparty with crafter and an exhibition of the Copenhagen Catalog.
