Will there be entrance requirements because of Covid-19?
Based on the most recent Covid-19 guidelines by the city of Hamburg, we will now run the event without any regulations or checks.
We’ll respect any safety guidelines which might be in place by the time of the event in Hamburg and reserve the right to adjust our policy accordingly. Please be assured that in any case, we’ll put our audiences wellbeing first. If you have any questions about this, please email us at mtpengage.hamburg@mindtheproduct.com. If you purchase a ticket for the event and the situation changes and you are no longer able to attend, you can request a no-questions-asked refund up to one month before the event takes place. Simply log in to Eventbrite and request the refund following these instructions.
Please note: Mask-wearing will no longer be mandatory, however, any attendees who still wish to wear a face mask are of course very welcome to do so, and we trust that all of our attendees will act responsibly and be respectful of others at the conference.

Who is speaking at the conference?
We will have a mixture of world-renowned and local speakers at MTP Engage Hamburg including some of the top names in product. Learn more about each speaker here.
Will you release the topics that will be presented before the conference?
The topics being covered by our keynote speakers will not be shared ahead of the conference. This is mainly because this is a fast-moving industry and we allow speakers to alter their talks up to the last minute to ensure we have the most relevant content. We will be publishing talk titles and talk descriptions for our breakout speakers before the conference. To get an indication of what to expect, you can see talks from our past conferences.
I am interested in speaking / I represent a speaker who is interested in speaking – what are my next steps?
We review speakers on a rolling basis and often have speakers confirmed for events a year in advance. You can learn more about speaking for Mind the Product and apply to speak on our website. Someone who doesn’t fit our current line-up might be a good fit for another event, so we will keep the application in case it’s relevant for one of our other events.
Will I be able to have a copy of the talk slides after the conference?
We do not distribute slides from the conference talks as the content belongs to the speakers, however, we are happy to share the ones that have been made publically available (just email us at team@mindtheproduct.com).
Are the talks recorded?
Conference: Videos and write-ups of the talks will all be available to Prioritised and MTP Leader members on our blog and membership dashboards after the conference (membership is included with most conference tickets or, if you cannot attend, you can purchase membership separately here).
Leadership Forum: Videos and write-ups of the talks will all be available on our blog after the Leadership Forum.
Workshops: Due to the structure of our workshops, which include group sessions, there will be no recordings available after.Will the talks and workshops be in English?
Yes- all the talks at the conference and Leadership Forum, and the workshops will be in English.
Is there a schedule for the event days?
We have planned a plethora of product learning for you. Once the schedule is live, you will be able to see it on our website (we’ll add more info as we confirm more details).
You will find more information on the Leadership Forum schedule on this page – please note that they will be run in parallel so you can only attend ONE of them.Is there a new mother’s area at the conference?
If you’re a new mother, we’ve got a private room set aside just for you at the conference venue. Just get in touch by emailing mtpengage.hamburg@mindtheproduct.com and let us know if you need it! If you are attending our workshops or Leadership events the day before the conference, please let us know by emailing mtpengage.hamburg@mindtheproduct.com if you need this and we will help make arrangements.
Is there a coat or bag check at the venue?
There is a manned coat and bag check at Kampnagelwhich you can use as soon as you’re through registration. Just ask one of our team if you can’t find it!
Leadership Forum and workshops: there will be a coat rack and a backstage room where to leave your bag, however please note that both will not be manned.What food and refreshments will be provided at the conference events?
Conference: a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available all day (including barista coffee being served on the Stalls Foyer). Snacks & drinks will be available at the drinks reception after closing remarks.
Leadership Forum: lunch will be provided. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available all day. Snacks & drinks will be available at the drinks reception after closing remarks.
Workshops: a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available all day.Will special food be provided for special dietary requirements?
At all events (conference, Leadership Forum and workshops), we will always provide at least one vegetarian/vegan option as well as dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. Given the scale of the event and the limitations of the venue, we are unable to cater to specific dietary requirements or allergies, although food is marked with allergens. If you have specific questions about dietary needs please get in touch beforehand.

Do you share a list of attendees?
We don’t share any attendee info before or after the event. We respect our attendee’s privacy and are compelled by GDPR laws to respect this.
Will there be opportunities to network at the conference?
There definitely will be opportunities to network at the conference. As usual, there will be plenty of breaks and time to network casually, and we are also planning our usual Blind Dates Dinners for the evening before the conference (we organise, you pay!), Blind Date networking lunches on conference day, and our afterparty of course! We’ll share more information about all of this very soon so watch this space!

- Your Tickets
keyboard_arrow_rightDoes my conference ticket give me access to the workshops?
Tickets for the conference, workshops and Leadership Forum are all completely separate. Conference tickets do NOT give you access to workshops or Leadership Forum or viceversa.
Do you offer discounts for students, startups, non-profits, etc?
The only discounts we offer are group discounts on General Release conference tickets where we do a 10% discount on 10 or more tickets. The ticket limit for purchasing online is 25. If you require more than 25 tickets, please email us at team@mindtheproduct.com. Team Discount does not apply to our Last Chance tickets. We do not have any discounts available for group purchases of our workshops or Leadership Forum.

I had a ticket for Hamburg 2020/21
If you had a ticket for our 2020/21 events, you should already have received an email detailing our decision to postpone the event and your next steps – no action is needed at this stage. We will email your more details directly to you.
Can I have a receipt for my ticket?
You may indeed! Just get in touch with team@mindtheproduct.com with your order number(s) and we will generate one for you.
I can no longer attend, can I transfer the ticket to my colleague?
If you were the person who purchased the ticket, you can change the details associated with your ticket by following these instructions.
If you were not the ticket buyer and you cannot reach the person who purchased the ticket in order to get them to change the information please contact us at team@mindtheproduct.com and we will help you make the updates.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, just turn up with your e-ticket (QR code) ready to scan or give us your name at the door. Your e-ticket was emailed to you when you bought your ticket and will be sent to you again 48 hours before the conference.

Can I have a supporting letter for my visa application?
Absolutely. Please fill out this form and we will issue you with an invitation letter. You will need to have already purchased a ticket for us to send you a letter. If your visa application is rejected for whatever reason, you can still request a refund in alignment with our refund policy.
