Diversity and Inclusion
If we want to build products people love and to run successful businesses, being diverse and inclusive is vital — not to mention it’s simply the right thing to do.
As product managers, we spend most of our time involved in developing products that we ourselves don’t use. That’s why multiple viewpoints and experience are so important — they lead to innovative decision making and development. What’s more, diverse teams ultimately build more relevant products — products that impact the bottom line.
